Calculate.co.nz by the numbers

This page sets out the exact scale of Calculate.co.nz, showing the audited figures used everywhere else on the site rather than asking you to take a marketing claim on trust. Across the top you get three totals: the number of calculators and converters currently live, the number of free financial literacy guides, and the number of NZ reference datasets. Underneath, a table matches each of those numbers to the strict definition used to produce it, so you can see exactly what counts and what does not. A calculator or converter only counts if it is a real, indexable page ending in -calculator.php or -converter.php, with redirects, page includes, embed-only iframes, category hub pages and test pages all excluded, and the calculator and converter split shown separately. Guides only count if they are published under the Learning Center, and datasets only count if they sit under the reference section and hold current NZ rates, thresholds or figures. The "Other facts" section below confirms the site is free to use with no sign-up or paywall, built around the current NZ tax year, independently run as part of the Realtor.co.nz group, and reviewed on a stated cycle. A closing note records the exact date the counts were last produced using the site's own counting script, so you can judge how current the figures are before relying on them.

The definition is intentionally strict, so the published claim is substantiable. A duplicate embed of a calculator, a redirect, or a category page is not counted as a separate tool.
